Purpose
As an Operational Resilience Control Associate, you will support the second-line oversight of the Operational Resilience framework, through analysis, documentation, monitoring and reporting activities.
What you will be doing
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group’s Business Operational Resilience Framework, contributing to alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies
- Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities by supporting processes such as data collection, quality checks and analysis of critical activities, interdependencies and disruption impacts
- Assist in Threat & Risk Assessment (TRA) activities by collecting inputs, reviewing evidence, documenting identified risks and tracking agreed remedial actions
- Support the review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), ICT response and recovery arrangements and related testing outcomes, focusing on adequacy, effectiveness and improvement actions
- Contribute to business continuity-focused assessments of third-party service providers, including review of documentation, evidence and critical dependencies
- Support training and awareness activities related to Business Continuity, including coordination, material preparation and follow-up
What you need to have
- A bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
- At least three (3) years of working experience, ideally in risk management, business continuity, internal control, audit, consulting or a related area
- Good understanding of risk and control assessment principles
- Professional certifications and/or trainings in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and ICT/Cyber Risk Management will be considered an asset
