Purpose

 

As a Paralegal Officer at Alpha Bank, you will provide essential paralegal support to the Bank’s Legal Division, ensuring the effective management of legal documentation, the smooth execution of compliance-related activities, and the delivery of high-quality organizational and administrative assistance. You will contribute to legal operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, supporting case preparation, and ensuring timely access to critical legal information.

What you will be doing

 

  • Assist in managing legal cases by organizing, reviewing, and updating legal documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability
  • Support the development and ongoing monitoring of case strategies by preparing files, summaries, and required case materials for the Legal Division
  • Facilitate the implementation of compliance initiatives across legal support processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized physical and digital legal records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring proper data integrity and accessibility
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documentation, information, and approvals related to legal matters
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Bank’s legal teams as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in legal support, paralegal work, or a related administrative role within legal services
  • Strong skills in documentation management, planning, and organizing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal information
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and manage legal materials
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders
