Purpose

As a Platform Engineer Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing a next-generation platform that integrates digital workflows, real-world operations, and data-driven decision-making. We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the company’s technical direction, manage an external engineering partner, and architect the core systems that power our platform. This role requires a strong internal technical authority to ensure long-term scalability, security, and performance, with the external agency serving as execution support. The position offers, hands-on responsibility, and a clear path to CTO.

What you will be doing

    •    Define and maintain platform architecture and technology stack
    •    Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all systems
    •    Lead and supervise external development teams, enforcing quality standards
    •    Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and milestones
    •    Build and maintain critical system components in collaboration with external teams

What you need to have

    •    A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or another related discipline
    •    A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in real estate valuation
    •    Extensive full-stack development experience (React/Next.js + Node.js or Python)
    •    Proven expertise in system architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    •    Strong knowledge of databases, API design, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
    •    Experience managing distributed or outsourced technical teams
    •    Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technology solutions at scale
    •    Strategic thinker with architect mindset and hands-on execution ability
    •    Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of technical decisions
    •    Strong communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders
    •    Motivated by long-term impact and ownership, with ambition to evolve into CTO
