Purpose

 

As a Portfolio Counselor, you are responsible for partnering with Private Bankers to deliver high-quality investment advice to selected clients, communicating the Bank’s Investment Committee House Views in a timely and contemporary manner, providing regular portfolio reviews and tailored solutions, while enhancing client experience as a key differentiator of Alpha Private Bank’s value proposition.

What you will be doing

 

  • Collaborate with Private Bankers to plan and conduct regular meetings with their assigned clients, aiming to provide regular updates and optimize their investment portfolios
  • Review the investment portfolio of the clients under their responsibility
  • Suggest portfolio restructuring on a regular basis and on ad – hoc basis
  • Inform clients about the Bank's analysts' assessments of international markets and responds to specialized questions regarding their portfolios
  • Collaborate with Market Analysts and Product Specialists to identify opportunities for developing new investment products or improving the features of existing ones
  • Inform clients about the analyses and evaluations, which contribute to the improvement of their portfolio structures

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • A Master’s degree in Finance (desirable)
  • At least five (5) years of working experience in wealth investment advisory or related investment specialization, including trading or product Portfolio management
  • Bank of Greece – up to C Investment Certifications 
  • HCMC Certification
