Process Transformation Senior Specialist

Purpose

Responsible for identifying process and operations improvement opportunities and driving the implementation of appropriate initiatives.
 

Task and Accountabilities

Maintains and regularly updates the methodological framework for analyzing the Bank’s processes and preparing and prioritizing optimization proposals. 
Acts as Competence Center for Lean & Six Sigma practices and provides relevant trainings to other teams of the Bank. 
Leads various Process Transformation programs with the objective to identify areas that have optimization potential, prepares relevant project proposals and executes the approved process reengineering projects with exemplary cost discipline and outcome quality.
Oversees the implementation of the prioritized initiatives to provide clarifications as required and ensures adherence to the originally agreed scope / objectives and benefits.
Proposes new system implementations, extensions to existing systems or organizational changes that can make the way the Bank operates more efficient.
Assists various teams of the Bank with small to medium sized  productivity improvement initiatives.
Stays up to date with the latest technology trends in the field of process automation (and technological innovations in general), in order be able to propose the most appropriate solutions.
