Purpose
We are looking for a talented Process Transformation Senior Specialist to join our Operational Effectiveness & Organization team and help drive high-impact transformation initiatives across Alpha Bank.
In this role, you will work at the heart of the Bank’s transformation agenda, partnering with stakeholders across business and technology functions to redesign operating models, simplify complex processes and embed measurable performance improvements.
What you will be doing
• Analyze and assess current operating models, processes, and workflows across business units
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using structured methodologies
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops (Business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology) to define the fit-for-purpose Target Operating Models
• Design streamlined ‘to-be’ processes, with clear governance, SLAs and KPIs
• Translate business needs into actionable transformation roadmaps
• Support the operationalization of new operating models and redesigned processes, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption
• Act as a catalyst for a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven performance management across the Bank
• Stay up to date with banking trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies shaping operational excellence
What you need to have
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any other related field
• At least five (5) years of related work experience in consulting, banking or business/ process analysis roles
• Good knowledge of process documentation standards (BPMN, EPC)
• Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Certifications in process improvement or project management
• Experience in Change Management initiatives
• Exposure to Design Thinking methodologies
• Understanding of digital technologies and automation capabilities
