Purpose
As an RRF & Supranational Programs Senior Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and managing supranational programs and initiatives, addressed to the Bank’s Wholesale Clientele, and international cooperation.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch and promote supranational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and priorities.
- Stay informed about regional and international policies related to economic recovery and resilience, providing insights and recommendations to inform program development.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, international organizations, and relevant partners to facilitate program coordination and cooperation.
- Oversee the launching and implementation of supranational programs and other relevant initiatives, within the agreed framework.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of supranational programs and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on the progress of supranational programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify challenges and opportunities associated with program implementation and develop suitable strategies in collaboration with the stakeholders.
- Active involvement in promotion of selected programs and, or initiatives to the targeted clientele.
What you need to have
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a relevant field.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration is desirable.
- Stakeholder's Management.

- Mastery in Communication Skills.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
