Purpose

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support the development of business intelligence and market research activities, contributing to the analysis of real estate markets, portfolio performance, and investment opportunities. The role supports data-driven decision making through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market information and real estate data.

What you will be doing

• Collect market data from multiple sources, including property databases, internal meetings, on-site surveys, property brochures, valuation reports, marketing materials, and interactions with real estate professionals and external agents
• Organize, analyze, and maintain real estate market data to support business intelligence activities
• Process large volumes of information and produce market reviews and insights, identifying trends and supporting business decision-making
• Prepare regular and ad hoc market reports for Management
• Contribute to the analysis of the real estate portfolio under management
• Support the establishment and continuous improvement of structured business intelligence processes and routines
• Perform statistical analysis and prepare analytical reports
• Contribute to the development of proprietary research tools to support the Investments Team in prioritizing target markets and submarkets for potential real estate investments

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in Real Estate, preferably in Market Research, Real Estate Analysis, or Valuation
• Good understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and valuation processes
• Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and derive actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Strong interest in the real estate market and willingness to undertake hands-on research and analysis activities
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
