Purpose

As a Real Estate Valuation Reviewer, you will contribute to the valuation and appraisal of a wide range of real estate assets, supporting investment and advisory projects through property valuations, financial analysis, site inspections, and compliance with professional valuation standards.

What you will be doing

• Conduct property valuations and support the preparation and review of valuation reports across different real estate asset classes
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, while tracking project progress and supporting investment and advisory activities
• Participate in site inspections of completed and under-construction properties to assess asset characteristics and valuation assumptions
• Prepare presentations and valuation materials for Management and clients, participating in meetings to communicate findings and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and professional valuation standards, including the European Valuation Standards (EVS) and International Valuation Standards (IVS)

What you need to have

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or another relevant discipline
• At least two (2) years of professional experience in property valuation, preferably within a real estate, audit, or consulting firm
• A professional qualification or partial qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Association of Greek Valuers (AVAG)
• A Property Valuer certification issued by the Hellenic Ministry of Finance will be considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), along with familiarity with real estate research and database sources
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
