Alpha Real Estate Services S.A., a subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group specializing in the management and development of real estate assets, is seeking to hire a Real Estate Valuation Team Leader to join its Investments and Portfolio Advisory Division.

Purpose

As a Real Estate Valuation Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the real estate valuation activities of the Company. The role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance of property valuations, while providing leadership and direction to the valuation team and supporting internal and external stakeholders with high-quality valuation outputs.

What you will be doing

• Lead and manage the Real Estate Valuation team, providing direction, guidance, and ongoing support to team members
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of property valuations, preparing and presenting detailed valuation reports in line with agreed timelines
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret appraisal data, approving valuation outputs in accordance with internal standards
• Evaluate market activity and analyze sales data, taking into account the specific characteristics of each property
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct budget audits of funded projects, estimate rental values, and carry out real estate surveys
• Stay informed on applicable regulations, valuation standards, and best practices
• Ensure full compliance with internal regulations, as well as with valuation codes of conduct in accordance with EVS and IVS standards
• Oversee the delivery of reliable and feasible valuation results to customers and other intended users
• Review assessment reports to ensure validity prior to communication to end recipients
• Monitor budgets and progress of works in progress (WIP) properties
• Prepare and deliver presentations to Management and company clients
• Foster a high-performance team culture, promoting empowerment, accountability, and inclusion

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a STEM/Engineering field, or another related discipline
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate (preferred)
• A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in real estate valuation
• Strong knowledge and application of regulatory compliance, financial understanding, valuation methodologies, data collection and analysis, investment management, and business environment analysis
• Proven ability in customer relationship management within a real estate valuation context
• Demonstrated team management, stakeholder management, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
• Certifications related to the real estate valuation standards, and/or real estate valuation methods
