Purpose

 

As Regulatory Own Funds Associate, you will support the calculation of capital adequacy ratios.

What you will be doing
 
 
  • Collect, validate, and process data to support reports on the regulatory own funds of the Bank and the Group.
  • Assist in the calculation and analysis of capital adequacy ratios of the Bank and the Group and supports the preparation of related regulatory reports, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support activities related to supervisory consolidation (solo/equity consolidation), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in assessing the impact on capital adequacy ratios arising from changes in the supervisory framework, balance sheet movements, dividend policy, and business decisions.
  • Support the calculation of capital buffers against Pillar I requirements and supervisory minimum capital requirements.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports related to the exchange rate position of the Group.
  • Contribute to documentation, controls, and reconciliation activities related to regulatory own funds reporting.

 

What you need to have

 

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
A Master’s degree in Risk Management or Finance (desired).
At least 2 (two) years of experience in regulatory reporting, risk, finance, or compliance roles within the financial services sector.
