Retail Deposits Products Specialist

Purpose

Join our Retail Deposit & Fee Products team and play a key role in shaping and managing products that support customer engagement, deposit growth and sustainable revenue generation for the Bank. Working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization, you will contribute to the development, enhancement and performance monitoring of retail deposit products and fee-based propositions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market developments and business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Support the development, enhancement and lifecycle management of Retail Deposit and Fee Products, contributing to the achievement of business, commercial and customer experience objectives
• Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and areas for improvement, and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions where required
• Contribute to the management, development and performance monitoring of the Bank’s Safe Deposit Boxes offering, ensuring operational efficiency and a high-quality customer experience
• Participate in the preparation and submission of management proposals, business cases and presentations related to product initiatives, pricing strategies and commercial opportunities
• Collaborate with Branch Network, Digital Channels and relevant Business Areas to identify opportunities for product optimization and customer acquisition
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure products and related processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Support the management of customer requests, operational issues and product-related inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, customer service and overall product performance

What you need to have

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in retail banking, product management or financial services
• Understanding of retail deposit products, pricing principles and banking operations
• Experience in product development, portfolio management and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Safe Deposit Boxes products, operational procedures, regulatory requirements and customer servicing processes will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Project management experience and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies will be considered an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data, prepare management reports and develop professional presentations
