Purpose

 

As a Rewards Specialist, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and administration of both fixed and variable remuneration processes, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s total rewards strategy, internal equity, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will support the development of fair, competitive, and transparent compensation practices, enabling the Bank to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Maintain and update salary structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Support the execution of the annual salary review cycle through data preparation, analysis, and end-to-end coordination
  • Monitor compliance with compensation policies, regulatory standards, and governance guidelines
  • Participate in salary benchmarking, survey submissions, and market data analysis to inform compensation decisions
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of bonus schemes and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs
  • Prepare reports and analysis to support performance-based remuneration decisions
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of variable pay processes across the organization
  • Support employee communication efforts by translating incentive plan details into clear and engaging messages

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a relevant Human Resources function
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of compensation design and administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with Greek labor law and regulatory frameworks related to compensation and benefits
