Purpose
As a Rewards Specialist, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of fixed and variable remuneration processes, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s total rewards strategy, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and administer salary ranges and compensation structures to support internal equity and market competitiveness
- Support the preparation of reports and materials related to annual salary review and salary adjustment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements and resolve operational issues when required
- Participate in salary surveys, collect and analyze compensation data, and prepare recommendations regarding salary and benefits structures
- Support the implementation and administration of bonus schemes and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, ensuring alignment with performance and strategic objectives
- Prepare benchmarking analyses, reports, and remuneration-related data to assess the effectiveness of variable remuneration schemes
- Support internal communication activities related to compensation programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement
- Monitor processes related to variable remuneration to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of materials, reports, and presentations for the Remuneration Committee
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends related to compensation and benefits, contributing to alignment and compliance initiatives
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics/Mathematics, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Finance, Rewards, or Consulting
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits management, HR data analysis, reporting, and remuneration processes
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking in handling compensation-related data and processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external parties
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to support data-driven compensation and rewards decisions
