Purpose
As an Sales and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the Company’s daily operations activities, supporting the end-to-end management of leasing transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
- Process leasing transactions from credit approval and documentation to asset management, contract amendments, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, execute, and maintain lease agreements, collateral documentation, and related legal paperwork, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and accessibility for audits and operational needs
- Support application administration tasks of the core system, ensuring smooth operational processes
- Assist in providing accurate and timely information to leasing-holders
- Stay informed about leasing laws and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred)
- A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in Accounting or Operations Management
- Strong understanding of operational effectiveness and control, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement
- Strong planning and organizing skills to manage leasing operations and documentation processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills, results orientation, and attention to detail when handling transactions and stakeholder interactions
