Purpose

 

As a Structured Bilateral Loans Associate, you are responsible for the implementation of the activities and the supportive  activities required for the issuance and disbursement of Structured Bilateral and Bilateral Bond Loans for the Wholesale clientele.

What you will be doing

 

  • Support and assist Team Members in various tasks related to the issuance and disbursement of structured bilateral Loans
  • Cooperate with the Client Coverage teams in the transaction's structuring
  • Work closely with the relevant legal advisors (either internal or external, where applicable) for the drafting of required Contractual Documents, collaterals’ perfection, corporate authorizations etc
  • Monitor that the supporting documents required for the financing are collected and that necessary information is obtained
  • Collaborate with the Credit Services (and Branch Network if required) and provide instructions to coordinate disbursements where required
  • Monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts and inform the relevant Business Unit and the customers

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or STEM
  • At least two (2) years of experience in financial services or loan operations
