Purpose

 

As a Structured Bilateral Loans Senior Specialist you will be responsible for all the activities required for the issuance and disbursement of Structured Bilateral and Bilateral Bond Loans for the Wholesale clientele, and undertaking exceptionally structured transactions.​

What You Will be Doing

 

  • Collaborate with the relevant legal advisors (either internal or external, where applicable) for the drafting of required Contractual Documents, collaterals’ perfection, corporate authorizations etc.
  • Negotiate with Customers to finalize the contractual documents. 
  • Ensure that the supporting documents required for the financing are collected and that necessary information is obtained.
  • Collaborate with the Credit Services (and Branch Network if required) and provide instructions to coordinate disbursements where required. 
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts and inform the relevant Business Unit and the customers. 
  • Allocate transactions according to resources available and factoring in complexity of transactions.
  • Oversee transactions pipeline and successful timely completion. 

 

What You Need to Have

 

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in relevant field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
  • Derivatives Trader Certificate (DTC).
  • Business Acumen.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Customer Orientation.
