Purpose

As a Technical Services Associate, you will support the delivery of capital projects related to real estate properties owned by Alpha Bank Group and third-party clients, contributing to construction monitoring, technical coordination, project documentation, and reporting activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing

• Support the monitoring of construction and property management projects by following established guidelines, policies, and project requirements under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of tendering documentation, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contracts, monthly progress reports, and project deliverables
• Support the planning and monitoring of construction project budgets, while providing technical and administrative assistance throughout project execution
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for clients and internal committees, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of technical services and capital projects

What you need to have

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant field
• Up to three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant technical, engineering, construction, or project support role
• Knowledge of reporting, data collection and analysis, technical works oversight, and technical documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and critical thinking skills to support project coordination and execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when handling technical documentation and project-related activities
