Trade Receivables Administration Specialist (on behalf of ABC Factors S.A.)

ABC Factors S.A., a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a Trade Receivables Administration Specialist to join its Customer Operations team.
Purpose
As a Trade Receivables Administration Specialist, you will manage trade receivables activities by overseeing the processing, reconciliation, and monitoring of assigned receivables and debtor payments. Your role is key to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the effective operation of receivables and factoring processes across the organization.
What you will be doing
- Process the receiving, reconciling, and recording of trade receivables, including invoices, credit notes, and other assigned receivables subject to the factoring agreement.
- Handle the reassignment and adjustment of trade receivables, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial guidelines.
- Process and reconcile debtor securities used for trade claim payments, ensuring alignment with payment terms.
- Contribute to the monitoring and approval flow of debtor securities, ensuring proper authorization and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in the receipt, validation, recording, and allocation of payments from debtors.
- Update and maintain demographic data and terms of engagement for new customers, debtors, and other partners, ensuring accuracy and timely amendments.
- Ensure the accurate preparation, issuance, and timely distribution of customer documents, including invoices and related communications.
- Participate in the development of technical specifications for automated systems, supporting analysis, implementation, and acceptance testing for applications relevant to departmental operations.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, providing a solid academic foundation for the role.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- At least four (4) years of professional experience in factoring, with hands-on involvement in trade receivables administration.
- Strong knowledge of factoring services, supported by experience in accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling sound decision-making and accurate handling of receivables.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, combined with strong attention to detail, time management, and result orientation.
