Purpose
As Transaction Banking Products Specialist, you are responsible for managing the development of transaction products.
What you will be doing
- Identifiy market trends and client needs to conceptualize and develop new transaction banking products and services in the areas of Transaction Banking.
- Assist in the improvement of existing transaction banking products and services to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
- Gather the necessary documentation concerning the performance of the Bank’s market position versus market trends and the competition, aiming to improve the Bank’s penetration.
- Update the products’ official price list through the Bank’s approval process.
- Analyze the KPIs of transaction products and services in collaboration with the Team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the transaction banking sector.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- A Master’s degree in related field (desirable).
- A minimum of five (5) years of working experience in relevant roles.
