Purpose
As a Treasury Business Development you are responsible for supporting the coordination of activities regarding the Bank’s systems exclusively utilized by the Treasury Business Area, as well as coordinating the credit limits review process for Treasury products and counterparts
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform the analysis of Treasury Unit & Trading and Treasury Sales Business Area related activities including implementation of business plan, performance overview, transaction statistics, facilitating business evaluation and decision
- Perform activities relating to systems used exclusively by the Treasury and Trading & Treasury Sales Business Area (i.e., Bloomberg and Kondor), ensuring smooth operation and compliance with rules and regulations as set by supervisory authorities.
- Implement infrastructure for the development and optimization of internal processes related to Treasury products sales
- Collect, monitor and analyse selected key figures and trends of competition for benchmarking purposes; resulting in new Treasury products set up and offering
- Review proposals received by other Business Areas for new products and modifications of existing products and provides feedback.
- Perform the (a) management and monitoring of contractual documents (ISDAs, GMRAs, CSAs), (b) onboarding process of new clients, (c) preparation of credit recommendations for limits on Treasury counterparties
- Perform the risk identification associated with trading activities, including market, credit, and operational risk.
What you need to have
- A minimum of four (4) to six (6) years in relevant position.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics or other relevant field.
- A Master's degree in Banking and Finance is considered a strong asset.
- Digital Literacy.
- Full professional competency in English language (oral and written).
- Data visualization tools are highly appreciated.
- Stakeholder management skills.
