Purpose

 

As a Treasury Sales Senior Specialist, you are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients promoting treasury products.
 

What you will be doing

 

  • Build and maintain relationships with business clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their financial needs and challenges.
  • Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their treasury management requirements, and financial objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bank's treasury products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Execute pricing strategies by negotiating pricing terms, aligning with the bank's profitability goals while remaining competitive in the market. 
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

 


What you need to have 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • A Master’s degree in related field (preferred)
  • At least seven (7) years of working experience in relevant roles
