Purpose

 

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for managing web content as well as participating in the design of the marketing and communications strategy.

What you will be doing

 

  • Conceptualize creative ideas
  • Test and improve the design
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Maintain the appearance of content by enforcing content standards
  • Design visual imagery
  • Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
  • Design sample pages including colors and fonts
  • Prepare design plans and present the content structure
  • Design engaging content
  • Work with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree art & Design
  • Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital copywriting with a solid portfolio of work
  • Communication skills
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Complex Problem-solving skills
