Purpose
As Business Centre Senior Relationship Manager of Thessaloniki Business Centre, you are responsible for managing and strengthening the relationships with medium-sized business customers, by addressing customers’ needs, dealing with complaints and offering the best possible services, as well as for implementing actions to achieve Business Area’s financial targets.
What you will be doing
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with customers and monitor their financial performance by identifying customers’ potential needs for financial products and services.
- Search for new customers to generate revenue for products/ services and increase customer portfolio.
- Manage any customer issues and complaints and take actions to ensure the provision of high-quality services, while following internal policies, procedures and EBA guidelines.
- Monitor the financial statement of the customers of their responsibility, adverse data and any delays and take the necessary actions accordingly.
- Contribute to the attraction of deposits and the promotion of financial products, asset management products and other banking services, considering the specific requirements of their customers and the current market conditions.
- Support the management team with the required actions for granting/ participating on medium-sized business loans.
- Cooperate with other Bank Business Areas, the Branch Network and Group Companies in order to provide seamless service to the Business Centre’s customers in a timely manner and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities that may arise.
- Participate in the development of cross selling sales, in cooperation with Bank’s Business Areas and Group Companies.
- Prepare reporting material for the Business Centre clientele as requested by various Divisions of the Bank.
- Responsible for the execution of the Budget applicable to his/her clientele.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in client-facing Wholesale Banking roles.
