Purpose

 

As a Customer Service Officer in the Shipping Service Centre, you are responsible for the proper service of the customers of the Bank ensuring flowless execution of the Branch operations.

What you will be doing

 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and the applicable regulatory framework.
  • Participate in the execution of daily transactions and in the cash reconciliation to minimize the possibility of error.
  • Assist in the adjustment of the teller cash limits, according to the needs of the Branch in consultation with the Customer Service Manager.
  • Create reports on the overall customer satisfaction and submit them to the branch management.
  • Assist in the proper operation of safe deposit boxes.
  • Support document management and filing needs.
  • Deal with various administration and control tasks.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to inform about Bank’s products, services and special offers

 

What you need to have

 

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, STEM fields, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in people and service excellence.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and obtain professional banking certifications.
  • Previous experience in Customer service or sales will be considered an asset.
  • Very good command of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
