Purpose
As a Digital Governance & Performance Management Manager within Technology Strategic Planning & Value, the role leads the coordination, monitoring and governance of the Bank's technology and digital strategy across the CDTO organization. It focuses on translating strategic priorities into structured planning cycles, governance routines, portfolio transparency and executive reporting, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology initiatives, investment decisions and measurable value delivery.
What you will be doing
• Lead and coordinate the development, documentation and periodic refresh of the Bank's technology and digital strategy in collaboration with CDTO areas and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual and multi-year technology planning cycles, translating business priorities into strategic themes, technology focus areas, roadmaps and actionable initiatives.
• Maintain an integrated view of the technology strategic agenda, including key initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and progress against agreed priorities.
• Design, operate and continuously improve governance routines for the CDTO technology portfolio, ensuring consistent oversight, transparency, ownership and disciplined follow-up.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare structured decision-support material for senior management, including key messages, required decisions, risks, dependencies and value implications.
• Coordinate the collection, validation and reporting of Balanced Scorecard KPIs and other performance indicators across CDTO areas.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, governance packs and management updates for the CDTO, senior committees and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between technology, digital, cybersecurity, data, finance, risk, internal audit and business stakeholders on strategic planning and governance matters.
• Support follow-up of risk, audit and control-related topics affecting the CDTO area, ensuring clear ownership, timely visibility and appropriate escalation where required.
• Promote standardization of governance processes, reporting methodologies and ways of working across the technology strategic planning agenda.
What you need to have
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or another relevant Technology or Business discipline.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Digital Transformation, Finance or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
• Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in technology strategy, IT governance, portfolio management, project / program management, transformation management or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial, coordination or senior stakeholder-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated and complex corporate environment will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Greek, with strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare executive-level material.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy, digital transformation, technology operating models and the role of governance in value delivery.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, portfolio governance, performance reporting, KPI frameworks and management decision-support processes.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise and actionable executive messages.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Technology, Digital, Cybersecurity, Data, Finance, Risk, Audit and Business areas.
• High ownership, accountability and follow-through, with the ability to drive clarity in cross-functional and ambiguous topics.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce polished, senior-management-ready deliverables.
• Collaborative working style, sound judgment and ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution discipline.
