Role

 

As a Performance Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing performance indicators for the Bank’s sales channels to maximize revenue generation in line with the Bank’s strategy.

What you will be doing

 

•    Support in defining the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding sales channel usage to enhance Customer attraction, retention, and revenue generation.
•    Utilize advanced analytics including artificial intelligence (A.I.) to enhance the infrastructure of statistics, for better targeting the Bank’s Customer base and support the development of valid forecasts.
•    Collaborate with data visualization specialists in order to create visual reports regarding agreed KPIs and metrics.
•    Support the formulation and implementation of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), ensuring accuracy and timely communication to all key stakeholders.
•    Communicate daily with the Bank’s networks to respond to questions and give clarifications regarding the analysis of relevant performance results.
 

What you need to have

 
•    A Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or relevant field.
•    A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred.
•    At least three (3) years of working experience in Data Analytics. 
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 
•    Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
