As a RPA Engineer, you will play a leading role in the design, implementation, and support of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across the Bank’s business areas.
You will collaborate with Functional Analysts and IT Operations teams to deliver reliable and efficient automations, ensuring they align with enterprise standards and deliver tangible business value.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism (and/or other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
• Support the transition of existing manual or semi-automated processes into fully automated RPA workflows
• Perform technical evaluations of automation proposals and assess feasibility and effort
• Build and maintain reusable RPA components, libraries, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT Systems teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production and proper post-deployment support
• Provide technical mentorship and promote best practices in RPA development and governance.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years experience in designing, developing, and supporting RPA solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (preferred) and/or UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management practices.
• Experience working closely with software development and infrastructure teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
