Purpose

 

As a Senior Specialist within Technology Strategic Planning & Value, the role contributes to the coordination, monitoring, and governance of the Bank’s technology strategy and associated initiatives. It focuses on maintaining planning artefacts, supporting portfolio governance processes, and ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, project execution, and reporting across the CDTO organization. 


 

What you will be doing


•    Support  development, and maintenance of the Bank’s technology and digital strategy
•    Support and coordinate annual and multi-year technology planning cycles
•    Maintain and monitor the integrated technology master plan, including planning, timelines, and progress tracking
•    Support governance frameworks across the technology initiative portfolio, ensuring consistency and transparency
•    Monitor portfolio performance, including progress, risks, dependencies, and deviations
•    Support preparation of presentations and reports for Top Management and internal stakeholders
•    Facilitate alignment between business units and technology teams on priorities and execution roadmaps
•    Support enhancement and standardization of governance processes and reporting methodologies
•    Identify and flag issues impacting execution and support resolution tracking


What you need to have


•    A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
•    A Master’s degree in Business or a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
•    Minimum seven (7) years of professional experience in Project Management, strategic planning, or technology governance
•    Deep understanding of technology strategy, digital transformation, and banking environment
•    Strong knowledge of planning, monitoring, reporting, and governance processes
•    Experience with performance reporting, and planning processes
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
