Purpose

 

As an UX Senior Specialist you will be responsible for driving the analysis, design, technical development and implementation of UX digital products and services that deliver value to the Bank’s Customers.

What you will be doing


•     Drive the Design of the User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) planning, UX Strategy, UX Design Research in collaboration with the Product owners,  business stakeholders, and UX/UI designers as well as with, analysts, and developers while ensuring support and timely delivery
•     Plan and prioritize the UX/ UI design backlog, create wireframes and final prototypes while also managing the Product Backlog to design customer journeys and support user stories.
•     Drive UX Strategy by helping teams understand the ways that digital technology is changing user behavior, and the challenges and opportunities for the design and delivery of the Bank's products and services, market needs, and product requirements to align with organizational goals and challenges.
•     Ensure UX KPIs delivery, methodology, design, and delivery. 
•     Monitor Customer needs, market trends, competitors’ activity, and regulatory changes to ensure that the digital offering remains in a leading position. Help adopt user-centered practices and embed them into their (agile) workflow.
•     Organize the work between UX/UI designers, copy and all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
•     Drive and align user research activities from design to delivery.

 

 

What you need to have


•    A Bachelor’ s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field or relevant field.
•    A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred.
•    At least five (5) years of working experience as a Digital Product Owner. 
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 
•    Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
