Purpose

As a Cloud Infrastructure Domain Manager you will join the IT Infrastructure & Operations Business Area and you will be responsible for managing and supervising the activities related to the Bank's cloud computing infrastructure.

What you will be doing

• Implement the Bank's cloud computing strategy, in alignment with the Bank’s business needs.
• Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and shared IT resources.
• Monitor the status of system components such as cloud capacity to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and security of cloud systems, and safeguards that any technical issues that may arise are resolved.
• Monitor and evaluates cloud technology trends and recommends new solutions and tools to enhance the Bank's cloud computing capabilities.
• Work closely with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of cloud systems into the overall technology landscape and manage any dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT Domain Managers to understand the needs of the business areas and ensures effective use of cloud systems to meet their requirements.
• Manage teams of engineers and technical specialists, providing direction and support to ensure the successful delivery of cloud initiatives.
• Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring their team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field
• A Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred)
• At least five (5) years experience in Cloud Engineering or relevant role
• At least three (3) years experience in Managerial Technical role.
• Experience with Cloud Computing, Business Architecture, Network Infrastructure, Performance Reporting and Configuration Management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make sound decisions, manage stakeholders effectively, and lead teams in a results-driven manner.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
