Purpose
The Alpha Bank Contact Center Telesales Team Leader, will be responsible for driving and overseeing the performance of the telesales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the effective promotion of banking products through outbound and inbound customer interactions. The role focuses on maximizing conversion, enhancing team productivity, and maintaining high standards of customer experience and compliance. The incumbent will lead coaching, optimize campaigns, and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture while collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve results
What you will be doing
• Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs (conversion, productivity, call activity)
• Monitor performance, run daily huddles, and implement corrective actions to boost results
• Coach and develop agents through call monitoring, feedback, and targeted training
• Oversee daily operations, workforce planning, and lead distribution using CRM/dialer systems
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and prevent mis-selling through quality control
• Optimize telesales campaigns, scripts, and targeting to improve performance and outcomes
• Handle escalations and support complex customer interactions while maintaining strong CX
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in telesales/telemarketing within banking, with proven team leadership
- Strong sales acumen and track record of achieving targets in a contact center environment
- Experience with CRM/dialer platforms and performance monitoring tools
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of compliance, customer experience, and telesales best practices
