Purpose


As a Data Governance Project Manager you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of tasks of Data Governance and Quality projects and handling all the necessary project documentation.

What you will be doing


•    Monitor all Business Data Quality/Architecture projects and provides detailed updates regarding its’ statuses to the Business Data Manager and other business area stakeholders.
•    Support the Program Management Office for Risk Data Aggregation related programs to plan and monitoring the related projects. 
•    Ensure that the project team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
•    Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
•    Perform billing and bookkeeping tasks for the Business Data projects at hand.
•    Collect the necessary data (schedule, resources) from  responsible stakeholders during the project (project report) and ensures their completeness to keep an updated project file. 
•    Prepare project-relevant report dashboards regarding the progress of critical objectives and milestones where  needed.
•    Perform the presentation of the Program / project status to the relevant committees and supervising bodies 
•    Develop comprehensive project documentation and ensures all information regarding the Business Data Projects is properly maintained.
•    Adapt quickly to changes in requirements and is willing to work with different technologies if required.
•    Ability to support the preparation of material related to  Data Governance, in relation with projects’ activities 

 

What you need to have


•    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (preferable), Computer Engineering, or other related fields
•    One (1) to three (3) years of working experience in project management (full project life-cycle management) related to business software or system integration projects or data governance programs 
•    Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
•    Project Management Skills.
