Purpose

As a Systems Engineer you will join in IT Infrastructure & Operations Business Area and you will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Bank’s Active Directory, DNS, and related core Windows infrastructure services. The role includes configuring, maintaining, and recovering Windows systems, ensuring high availability, and meeting strict SLA requirements while collaborating with team members and business stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Ensure systems comply with the organization’s security, vulnerability, and risk frameworks
• Monitor system performance and availability; perform capacity planning
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, and Windows Server environments
• Develop automations and scripts (preferably using PowerShell)
• Interact with cross functional IT teams on support and project activities
• Provide reporting and insights using BI tools
• Review usage and activity reports to ensure optimized user experience
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
• At least two (3) years of experience as Active Directory Administrator
• Hands on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience in system monitoring for resource availability and key processes
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and PowerShell scripting
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
