Purpose

As a Windows Administration Domain Manager you will join the IT Infrastructure & Operations Business Area and you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, ensuring that they are secure, stable, and optimized for performance.

What you will be doing


•    Oversee the planning, design, implementation, upgrading and management of Microsoft Windows operating systems and servers.
•    Ensure the performance of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
•    Monitor data security, user access configuration, and maintenance of the stability of Windows system.
•    Maintain Windows Server architecture security and monitors the creation of system backups.
•    Approve data security policies and user accesses to maintain the proper function of Windows systems.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Windows administration.
•    Provide recommendations, plans and implements new technology initiatives and upgrades to ensure the performance optimization of the Windows environment. 
•    Ensure the provision of technical support related to the Windows environment to the Bank’s employees and back-end system users.
•    Lead the team responsible for conducting system maintenance, organizing automated system backups and conducting systems monitoring.
•    Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring their team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

 

What you need to have


•    A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field
•    A Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
•    At least five (5) years experience in Systems Administration or relevant role
•    At least three (3) years experience in Managerial Technical role
•    Experience with Windows Administration, Windows Server, Systems Troubleshooting, Technical Analysis and Operating Systems
•    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make sound decisions, manage stakeholders effectively, and lead teams in a results-driven manner.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
