eFraud Manager

Purpose

As an eFraud Manager you will join in Cybersecurity & Information Security Business Area  and you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electronic fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard the Bank and its customers from fraudulent activities conducted through electronic channels.

What you will be doing

•    Create and execute strategies to proactively identify and prevent electronic fraud, including developing policies, procedures, and systems to mitigate potential risks and to effectively respond to fraud incidents.
•    Monitor and evaluate the events recorded by the relevant security mechanisms (Security Events and Alerts), the Threat Intelligence Services, as well as the Information Systems 
•    Coordinate at Group level the procedures to prevent, detect, limit, and effectively respond to external electronic fraud.
•    Oversee the specialized investigations carried out in cases of electronic fraud (Security Forensics Analysis), recommends improvement measures in cooperation with the relevant Units, and ensures the implementation of the required corrective actions.
•    Monitor the  "threat landscape" and incidents, designs and implements relevant control scenarios with the aim of optimally dealing with them for the Bank and the Group, as well as evaluates the relevant results and proposes improvements.
•    Lead the improvement and optimization of fraud detection systems, including implementing advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to identify fraudulent patterns and behaviors in real-time.
•    Engage with external stakeholders, such as industry peers and regulatory bodies, to share information and best practices related to electronic fraud prevention.
•    Cultivate a high-performance inspired team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

What you need to have

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Cyber Security, Information Technology or related field
•    A Master’s degree in related field (preferred)
•    At least five (5) in managerial position within Cybersecurity and fraud prevention 
•    Experience in Security incident management, Fraud risk management, Risk identification and Cyber risk management
•    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make sound decisions, manage stakeholders effectively, and lead teams in a results-driven manner.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
